In the year 1953, Late MR. ARUN KUMAR RAY also joined as a partner. After the demise of MR. T. C. RAY in the year 1957, the partnership was continued between Late MR.G. N. GHOSH and Late MR.ARUN KUMAR RAY.

In the year 1976, SOMNATH RAY joined the firm as a partner along with G. N. GHOSH and ARUN KUMAR RAY.

In the year 1978, MR. G. N. GHOSH died and the partnership was continued by ARUN KUMAR RAY and SOMNATH RAY until the demise of MR. ARUN KUMAR RAY in the year 1995, Since July, 1995 our firm became a Proprietorship concern of Mr. SOMNATH RAY, who continued the said business until he was joined by MR. SHOUVEEK RAY as a partner in or about 2007. They were further joined by Mr. SHAMEEK RAY some time in or about 2018.

It is needless to add here that even prior thereto, the Founder Partner of our firm T.C. RAY started a Law Firm under the name and style of“PAL & RAY”. Thereafter, for a brief period he continued to work under his own name and style of “T. C. RAY”. Amongst our clients, we had the privilege of working and/or discharging our professional duties, Kotak Mahindra Bank Ltd., UCO Bank, United Industrial Bank before its amalgamation with Allahabad Bank Hindustan Udyog Ltd., Bengal Steel Industries Ltd., WPIL Ltd. Dholai Tea Co. Ltd., Narsingpore Tea Co. Pvt. Ltd., Oodlabari Tea Co. Ltd., West Bengal State Electricity Distribution Co., National Co-operative Consumer Federation of India Ltd. (A Government of India Undertaking), Dhanbad Fuels Ltd, Manthan Broadband Services Ltd. and many others.
