Ours is a firm of Solicitors established sometime in or about 1924. Initially T.C. Ray and G. N. Ghosh, both Solicitors of the Hon’ble High Court at Calcutta formed a partnership under the name of “T. C. RAY & CO.”
By reason of his association with Corporate Bodies and other Social Organizations, Late MR.T. C. RAY had a very large and respectable clients since he was at that point of time, Chairman – cum –Managing Director of the then Bengal Chemical & Pharmaceutical Works Ltd. and was also Director of various Banks and Financial Institutions. From the inception our firm had been dealing in company matters, arbitrations, intellectual property matters and real estate.
